In 2024, we joined forces with 9 Kitchens — a social enterprise catering company that puts people at the heart of everything we do. Born out of our work with In The Mix, we celebrate the women who bring their flavours, cultures, and resilience to our kitchen, and we turn that into something truly special: sustainably sourced, plant-based food made with real care and intention.

But we've always believed food can do more than feed people. Through our training programmes, we support refugees and people facing barriers to employment to train with us, work with us, and build the confidence and skills to thrive independently in the catering and hospitality industry. The knowledge, traditions, and flavours our trainees bring with them don't just inspire our menus — they're the soul of everything we cook.
